Epsom salts, made of the mineral magnesium sulfate, draws toxins from the body, reduces swelling, sedates the nervous system, is a natural emollient, and relaxes muscles. To Use: Place two Tbls (4 caps) of Salts in Tub filled with Tepid Water. Disperse Mineral Salts in water with hands.
