All our Servello products are shipped straight from the factory to insure that every item you receive is the freshest all natural skin care product on the market. All completed orders are sent to our supplier automatically after payment is made, so there will be no lag time in receiving your order.

Pure and Natural Skin Care Products will ship all ground orders within 2-3 business business days of receiving the order. Your Items will ship via UPS or USPS. We reserves the right to alter same day shipping cut-off during all holiday periods.

Return/Exchange Policy

It is Pure and Natural Skin Products policy to accept for adjustment (replacement, exchange or refund) any product with which a consumer is dissatisfied for any reason. We offer a hassle-free return policy for purchases made at www.pureandnaturalskinproducts.com If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the item or issue a refund upon its’ return. If your shipment is damaged please contact us immediately.

All damage claims must be made within 3 business days of the product being received. Do not dispose of the products before we can verify the damage or we will not be able to issue a refund.

We do require that contact via e-mail at pureandnaturalskin@earthlink.net is made within 3 days of  receiving items for any return. Refunds or replacements are only offered if the original item can be retrieved for inspection.
